LIST OF ASSISTANT ASSESSMENT LIST
FOR INSTITUTION / DEPARTMENT / DIVISION AND PTJ
Under the Ministry of Agriculture and Agro-based Industry

Introduction

1. Lead the Unit / Section / Asset Management Unit (UPA) to ensure Government Asset Management is carried out in accordance with the rules set out in 1 Treasury Circular (1PP) - Asset Management (KP).
   
   
2. Coordinate the appointment of Asset Officers, Asset Examiners and the Board Inspector of Disposal of PTJ-PTJ under his supervision including Assistant Asset Officer.
   
   
3. Establish a systematic Asset Management Plan and effective for managing Asset and Store Management activities including holding courses or lectures, asset security briefings, inspections surprise and riot to the PTJ-PTJ under his supervision.
   
   
4. Coordinate the roles and responsibilities of Assistant Asset Officers in small units/ward/clinic college/laboratory and other units under its supervision.
